I have worked with some world-class companies who are best in their fields. I have learnt a lot from them and still keep an attitude to learn whatever new comes to my way…each day!

I would like to attract your attention to the new age youth and its potential.

There is a big need to motivate and give a direction to the young minds of the city. They are the powerhouses of energy but that requires a direction. These powerhouses can be converted into professionals and full-fill our nation’s requirement of qualified professionals. It’s been clear that Retail, IT and ITES are the most happening fields now days. These fields are facing a very big problem in getting qualified and trained professionals. When I talk about trained and qualified professionals, it doesn’t only mean that people with collage degree will work. Here I am talking about the courage, the attitude and the viewpoint, which needs to be adopted by who so ever is dreaming high to be in corporate and social environment.

I have been into Agra from for 2 months, after a gap of 4 years and I have seen a 360-degree change in attitude of people. They are more future -oriented. More ambitious. More knowledgeable. Same story is getting repeated everywhere. People have a huge potential. Small city people are not less than from anybody in big cities however we still lack in quality of a person which needs to be with-in anyone who wants to grab a better future. We lack in personality in terms of presentation, communication, thoughts, views, knowledge, attitude and so many co-related things.

We need to train the youth so that they can contribute their energy and knowledge in shaping the future of India. When I talk about training, then I am talking about all above said things.

If you see carefully we have lots of books. They talk about the same topics and one can get benefits by simply reading them. But that’s not enough. The youth needs more and more workshops, seminars, group discussions and activities to achieve this target. People need to understand what is expected from them and how can they develop those skills. How they can see the world differently.

We have professional speakers who take sessions but only in big companies. A common man can reach them if he is able to pay the fee for their sessions and workshops. I would like to tell you that every big public/ motivational speaker charges a very high amount for his workshop around the world. In this situation, special knowledge reaches to very few people who can afford it. We have a very urgent need to spread that knowledge and training to the people who need them the most. We need to give those workshops and training to the common man, so he can make his/her life world class and contribute to his/her and this country’s growth.

We need people who are ready to share their gyan and wisdom to the common man. Who can think of giving the directions to the mistakenly misleaded youth. Who can discover and uncover people’s fears. Who can tell them where to go, how to go, what can be done, how can be done. Where to get information, where to apply it. Remember if you have good information, you would have better choices. If you have better choices, they will lead you getting better results. And if you have better results, you would live a better life.

People have to get ready to shine. Because it’s a human tendency that everyone wants to reach somewhere. Everyone wants to do something special. But sometimes situations and conditions are so nasty that most of the people take a back seat in life and never get what they want. So lets start getting inspire ourselves and others and making life better for common man.
